Cesar is a software engineer with a focus on computer vision. He has extensive experience building artificial intelligence (AI) models for training, evaluation, and deployment. He is part of the team in charge of developing the basis of Synaptic Aviation's AI system. Cesar holds a bachelor's degree and an M.S. in Computer Science from Florida International University.

Federico is a seasoned financial strategy expert with nearly 20 years of experience cost transformation, utilizing data and cross-functional knowledge to enhance efficiency. Federico worked for IATA for years leading cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable cost practices, resulting in billions of dollars in value-add for airlines. Mr. Munoz holds an engineering degree from SMU, and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Sean is a highly analytical software engineer with 9 years of experience in full stack development and data management. Sean has produced software applications at the university, commercial and government levels, utilizing a range of programming disciplines and technologies. Sean has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Miami.

With over 12 years of experience in software and SaaS sales, Justin specializes in strategic selling and territory management. Currently, he serves as the VP of Global Sales for Synaptic Aviation, bringing a wealth of expertise from the aviation industry. Justin also has a demonstrated history of successful sales within the law enforcement sector.
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, he now calls South Florida home. Justin is skilled in negotiations, sales, territory management, market penetration, and strategic partnerships. He holds a BS in Finance with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC).

Claudia Garcia discovered her passion for technology over time, leading her to transition from a background in hospitality management to a career in data annotation. She holds a BA in Hospitality Management, which has further strengthened her skills in customer-focused solutions. Her experience in hospitality has honed her ability to adapt to clients' needs and deliver exceptional service, which she now applies to maintaining AI standards for efficient and coherent final products.
In her career, Claudia has trained algorithms for well-known technology companies, focusing on safety by identifying malicious and scamming apps. In her current role, she is diligent in AI object tracking, quickly adapting to new client requests to deliver optimal results.

Massiel Gonzalez holds an Associate degree in Information Technology and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security. With over two years at Synaptic Aviation, she has developed a deep appreciation for the tech industry's dynamism.

Her meticulous nature enhances AI capabilities, and her precision is vital for advancing aviation systems with cutting-edge technology. Melanie Nunez is a skilled Office Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology. He demonstrates exceptional leadership in stakeholder meetings, delivering comprehensive project updates and strategically addressing challenges to propel projects toward successful completion.

Francesca Suarez-Leon is an AI Data Verification Specialist at Synaptic Aviation, where she ensures the highest accuracy of AI models by meticulously analyzing and reviewing ground truth data and footage. Her keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills enable her to identify and correct discrepancies.
